Pacific Well Child Service
The Well Child Service is a home based service for infants, young children and their families in the community. It is free to all New Zealand children from birth to five years old.
The aim of the service is to give your child the best start in life, protect them against disease, pick up problems early and offer support to the family.
Our goal is to improve the health of pacific children in Aotearoa who have difficulty accessing health services.

Health Checks
Health Promotion and Education
Free Immunisation
Parental advice and support for families when needed
Ensure that families are registered with a Family doctor / healthcare and dental healthcare
Referral to appropriate services once receive consent from parents / guardian
B4 School Checks including vision and hearing tests
the B4 School Check is the last Well Child health check of your child before she/he attends school
