Langimālie Integrated Family Health Centre always seeks to provide a highest standard of service for our patients, clients, staff and all who engage with us.

We are a Cornerstone accredited practice, the RNZCGP quality improvement and quality assurance process which allows a practice to measure themselves against a defined set of standards titled Aiming for Excellence - a standard for New Zealand general medical practices.

Dr Glenn Doherty (CEO and Medical Director) supervises the quality and teaching programmes for the Society which includes RNZCGP registrars, 5th yr. medical students, & trainee interns. Dr Doherty also oversees all quality programmes which relate to the Society with a focus on clinical teaching, RNZCGP Cornerstone and Foundation standards accreditation, University of Auckland teaching accreditation & MSD accreditation.

Integrated Outcomes Unit

Integrated Outcomes Unit model diagram

The Integrated Outcomes Unit is the successor structure to the former Public Health Unit. The new structure addresses a much wider scope of activities driven by the Tongan Health Society’s new service integrated model.

  • The Society’s work to establish a mental health clinic within a primary care centre is a great opportunity to support its patients who have a mental illness, which covers a wide spectrum that includes depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, intellectual disabilities and dementia. There has always been an awareness of the illness, and sadly some of those victims were made fun of, which doesn’t help.

  • Letting all the workers of Tongan Health Society know that myself, Uinita and my family are beyond grateful for the help you gave us. $200 for shopping much appreciated. Thanks for all your hard work and may God bless you all.

  • I have received my gift card and thought I’ll email and say Malo ‘aupito to yourself and your team for this help. My family and I really appreciate it.
