Organisational Structure
Our organisation is led by the Board of Directors, which includes a Board Treasurer and Legal Advisor.
Reporting to the Board is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), who concurrently holds the positions of Clinical Director and Board Secretary.
The CEO leads the organisation with the support of an Executive Assistant, who is in turn supported by an Administrative Assistant and the Finance Manager. The Finance Manager is supported by an Accounts Assistant.
The CEO also directly oversees the Senior Management Team and the Langimālie Research Centre.
The Langimālie Research Centre is led by a Medical Director, supported by a Research Director and a team of Researchers.
The Senior Management Team comprises leaders of three key areas:

Clinical Administration Manager
Early Childhood Education (ECE) Centre Manager
These leaders oversee a wide range of service and operational teams.
