POU Stand Tall
The Tongan Health Society Inc, POU – Stand Tall Initiative is a Pacific youth-based programme across 14 churches and the community in Auckland.
This resource is open to all members of the community. Particularly focused on youth, refugees/migrants, LGBTQ community, disabled, Māori, Pacific and prisoners transitioning into the community.
The service is aimed to achieve, results for our youth, which will contribute towards sustainable and positive outcomes for our whānau and community in the areas of gaining education and employment opportunities.
Helping youth to achieve work readiness will enable our young people and their families to be fully engaged, enabled, educated and empowered. Their lives will be enhanced by gaining employment and contributing to the development of the wider community and their whānau.
They are fostered to be productive and engaged, leading to positive economic social, family and community outcomes.

The Integrated Outcomes Unit and medical centres ensure continuity of care for our families by providing integrated clinical and non-clinical support for our families and youth to achieve intergenerational outcomes, community development principles and whānau resilience.
